Surveys of urban constraints

Surveys of urban constraints are essential in order to verify the compatibility of the already existing regulations and regularity of a property and, furthermore, to determine ulterior development opportunities. When an area or property is taken into consideration it should be examined in terms of economic values and environmental compatibility; very often its development requires a concertation process that can be called “technical table”, that is an agreement with the public administration for all those constraints and qualifying factors that could affect the urban transformation. Moreover, it generally involves both the land ownership and economic operator, therefore such an investigation can only be done over time and via a potentially indefinite management system, with uncertainties that could remain for long periods of time.
